3OH!3 will be performing ‘My First Kiss’ and ‘Déjà Vu’ so tune in to ABC at 11:05 CT/12:05 AM ET or set your DVRs! If you happen to miss it you can check it out sometime afterward on Hulu… but I suggest you don’t actually miss it

Go cop that shit if you haven’t already! I can’t make a big deal about it like I want to because I’m away from a computer/internet; I’ve resorted to using my phone. I know more than a few of us have been enjoying the leak, but the album is in stores now so… you need to own Streets of Gold like yesterday. It’s amazing and probably my favorite album of the summer (alongside Travie McCoy’s ‘Lazarus’ – no promo!)
If you for some reason missed the pre-sale (like me :frown:) you can still get a limited edition CD/DVD from Target. If you prefer digital there’s always iTunes & AmazonMP3, and of course you can get a hard copy at your local music retailer.
Once you pick it up and give it a spin, let me know what your favorite tracks are! Oh and check out Nat’s lovely intro to the album after the jump.

Colorado electro-pop duo 3OH!3 had a simple goal for the follow-up to their 2008 breakout discWant: “We’re just trying to make smash hits, basically,” Nathaniel “Nat” Motte tells Rolling Stone‘s Jenny Eliscu in our current issue. To find out what really went into Streets of Gold, due June 29th, we caught up with Motte and his partner Sean Foreman backstage at a recent New York show.
What was the key to crafting Gold‘s first single, the snotty, irresistible “My First Kiss”? Landing pop party animal Ke$ha. Who was their magic weapon in the studio? An engineer who moonlights as a magician. What was their favorite tech gadget to screw around with? A variation on a musical toy that’ll be familiar with anyone who grew up in the Eighties. Watch the video to get the full story, plus hear the duo explain their love of girl pop and how the Bird and the Bee’s Greg Kurstin helped their mission of “Making fun pop songs that are a little different.”
You’re going to have to watch this after the jump, because this autoplay is bad for business. Don’t worry all you have to do is click this!
